It is very important to me to service my clients needs as quickly
and efficiently as possible; therefore, I am outlining my Appointment and Cancellation policies in order
to maintain a productive schedule to accommodate everyone.

Minimum appointment time is 2-hours for on-site training and 15 minutes for remote training |
| Cancellations |

When a client fails to keep an appointment with Compu-Ease, the occurrence is expensive in terms of lost training time and is detrimental to other Compu-Ease client’s ability to schedule their lessons. When a client cancels an appointment on the same business day as the scheduled appointment it is time lost for both me and other clients. |

A cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, NO CHARGE |

Less than 24-hour cancellation, there will be a one hour charge |

A no-show will be billed for the full 2-hour appointment |

All charges must be paid prior to making another appointment with Compu-Ease |
Problem Computers
Due to the complexity of how users interact with their computers, Compu-Ease cannot be held responsible for issues that occur in my efforts to repair or trouble shoot a problem. I use standard industry methods to repair, speed up and troubleshoot every system. However, due to use over time, errors frequently occur due to corruption in both the operating system or individual programs. Compu-Ease makes every effort to repair issues for a user, and in some cases assess the need to completely restore the software of a system. The time incurred for such repairs differs based on the materials available for the restoration (Factory Software and/or Personal software) and typically takes from 2-4 hours. Compu-Ease makes every effort to repair a system in a timely way. Should I determine that a problem occurs due to our own error, I will repair the issue free of charge, however, this does not include issues that occur due to a lack of proper software, corrupted software, or the client being unprepared and not having available the software needed for repairs.
